Communications: Messages or queries submitted to our support team or via contact forms.

How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

To create and manage your student account on the BLI platform.
To provide access to courses, track your learning progress, and issue certificates.
To process payments and send enrolment confirmations and receipts.

To improve our platform, content quality, and teaching effectiveness.

Data Retention

Please note

Certain academic records (such as certificate issuance history) may be retained for a minimum period as required for institutional compliance purposes, even after account deletion.
